Obama Trying To Take Credit For Trump’s Economic Boom

Yes, the economy was recovering by the time Barack Obama left office, but it was a slow and gradual recovery.

The rate of economic recovery surged under the leadership of Donald Trump and everyone who is honest and has a brain will admit that Trump is responsible.

However, in his usual fashion, Barack Obama is running around telling lies and trying to take credit for what Trump has done.

Don’t forget, he also blamed George W. Bush for the economic recession that was actually created by Bill Clinton.

Like most Democrats, Obama has a habit of blaming others and then taking credit for what others have done.

Investor’s Business Daily – Growth: Economists expect the third-quarter GDP number — to be released this Friday — to be a strong one, in the range of 3.4%. Maybe that’s why Barack Obama is running around this week trying to take credit for the economic boom. And he says President Trump has trouble with facts?

In a speech at a rally in Nevada, Obama claimed that the current economic boom has nothing to do with Trump’s economic policies.

“By the time I left office,” he said, “wages were rising, uninsurance rate was falling, poverty was falling. And that’s what I handed off to the next guy. So when you hear all this talk about economic miracles right now, remember who started it.”

Later in that same self-congratulatory speech, Obama said that “unlike some, I actually try to state facts. I believe in facts…

The only thing that prevented Obama from totally destroying the American economy was Republicans gaining control of first the House and then the Senate.

As much as Republicans had weak leadership in the House (John Boehner), Democrats still did their best to force Republican compliance and often succeeded, but some Republicans refused to lay down, roll over and submit to the un-American demands of Democrats.

Obama did his best to kill tens of thousands of jobs with his war on coal and oil while at the same time, wasting billions of taxpayer dollars on a number of failed green energy projects.
